What are the different purchase options available?

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. Each purchase type has different rules for cancellation, modification, and payment.

How do subscriptions work?

- Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the schedule and frequency you select.

- Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

- Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the duration.

- You can change or cancel your subscription at any time via the links in your order confirmation emails.

How do pre-orders work?

- Pre-orders let you buy products that are out-of-stock or not yet available.

- You pay in full at checkout.

- You can cancel a pre-order that hasn’t yet been fulfilled minus a 10% fee.

- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled (shipped), it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund according to our Returns Policy.

What is try before you buy?

- With try-before-you-buy, we authorize your payment method before shipping the item.

- You’ll have a set period to decide whether to keep the item.

- If you do not return the item within that time, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
