Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship orders using FedEx, USPS, and UPS. The carrier selected depends on your location, order size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery destination. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $300 (before taxes and after discounts).
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What if my package hasn't been scanned by the carrier in a while and seems lost in transit?
If your package has not received a scan in 2 weeks or more and appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@common-lands.com. Each case is handled individually, and the following steps are required before we can investigate further:
- A missing package claim must be submitted directly with the carrier by the recipient.
- Screenshots of the claim confirmation and current tracking status must be emailed to us.
Once we have received that information, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Please note that we are not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for any order that has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be offered in these cases.
