Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it sets several processes in motion. Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee (no exceptions). This fee covers real expenses, including:

- Non-refundable payment and platform fees

- Warehouse and fulfillment overhead

- Restocking and administrative time

- Packaging materials that cannot be reused

- Customer support costs

- Anti-bot protections

- Opportunity cost for reserved inventory

We do not profit from this fee — it helps keep prices fair and operations sustainable.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once a shipping label is created.

What is your pre-order guarantee?

We stand behind every pre-order. Payment is charged at checkout, and you’ll receive your pre-order as promised.

In rare cases where the manufacturer reduces allocations or cancels shipments, we’ll work with you to find the best possible resolution. Pre-order fulfillment depends on manufacturer and distributor delivery — while we always advocate for you, some situations are beyond our control.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

Why do you charge a 10% cancellation fee?

Even canceled orders create real expenses. The 10% fee ensures that we can cover costs from payment processing, warehouse preparation, restocking, packaging, customer support, anti-bot measures, and opportunity cost for units reserved. This fee is not a profit, but a necessary measure to keep operations sustainable.

Do you accept returns on trading cards or sealed products?

To protect inventory integrity and ensure products remain factory-sealed, we do not accept returns or refunds on raw, graded or sealed TCG products.

Can I get a refund if my order is missing items?

Claims for missing items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery and include photos of both the outer shipping box and its contents. Refunds cannot be considered without this evidence.

Do you refund refused packages?

If a shipment is refused, we will refund your order minus a 15% fee to cover return and restocking costs once it has returned to us.

What if I request opened box products or removed packs before shipping?

No. All products are shipped factory-sealed to protect inventory integrity and ensure fairness for all customers. We cannot accommodate requests to open boxes or remove packs before shipping.

What if my packaging is damaged?

Minor dents, scuffs, or rips on outer boxes or shrink wrap do not qualify for return or refund. This is common even directly from the distributor. If the cards themselves are damaged, please contact us.

Are there any refunds for international orders?

International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes. We cannot refund or accept returns due to these fees.

Do you have policies for livestream orders?

If you purchase during a livestream or leave the livestream, your order may be shipped sealed.
